A Hiring Specialist for Non-Technical Roles is responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring talent for non-technical positions. They collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements, develop accurate and compelling job descriptions, source candidates through various channels, conduct interviews, and manage the entire recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Understand staffing needs and requirements for non-IT roles by working closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Develop Job Descriptions: Create engaging and informative job descriptions that showcase the company's values and culture.
  • Source Candidates: Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and databases to find top talent.
  • Screen and Interview Candidates: Evaluate resumes, conduct initial screenings, phone interviews, and in-person interviews to assess candidates' skills and qualifications.
  • Assess and Evaluate: Assess candidates' skills, experience, and suitability for the role by reviewing their applications and conducting thorough assessments.
  • Manage Recruitment Process: Coordinate and manage the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to offer and onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
  • Track and Report: Monitor key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire, time-to-fill, and source of hire, to optimize the recruitment process.
  • Build Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders to ensure a positive and collaborative experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple open positions and track progress efficiently through effective organization and prioritization.
  • Strong Interviewing Skills: Ability to assess candidates' qualifications and suitability for the role through thorough interviewing and evaluation techniques.
