Job Overview


Razorpay is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Compliance Officer to join its team. As a key member of the group management, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective compliance strategies to mitigate risks and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with Companies Act and related legislation
  • Administer secretarial matters, including maintenance of corporate records and registers
  • Liaise with regulatory authorities, such as RBI and MCA, to ensure accurate understanding and smooth implementation of compliances
  • Collaborate with legal and finance teams to provide support in key transactions and ensure timely compliance under Companies Act, Secretarial Standards, and other relevant authorities
  • Ensure accurate and timely filing of documents with regulators
  • Maintain high levels of corporate governance, compliance under FEMA, RBI guidelines, and other relevant regulations
  • Provide strategic advice on good governance practices and compliance of Corporate Governance norms as prescribed under various Corporate regulations and guidelines
  • Assist in drafting Agenda, Notice, and Resolution for Board meetings, Committee meetings, and Shareholders Meetings
  • Make necessary filings with RBI, ROC, MCA, and any other regulators
  • Handle FDI & FEMA compliances, and any other regulations as may be applicable
  • Ensure timely compliance under Companies Act, Secretarial Standards, RBI, other relevant authorities, etc.


Requirements:

  • Company Secretary with 5-6 years of relevant PQE
  • Flexible and able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple tasks at a single instance within compressed times
  • Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on high quality and business profit
  • Experience handling groups of companies


Salary:

The estimated salary for this role is ₹30,00,000 - ₹45,00,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
