**Job Overview**

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Web Developer to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for building user-facing applications with a customer-focused attitude.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of web development principles, including UI/UX expertise and technical skills. They will be able to collaborate effectively with team members to raise the bar on team performance and code quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop scalable, efficient, and testable code.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product/feature development throughout the SDLC.
  • Solve problems within the codebase or team-wide processes, prioritizing efficiency and scalability.
  • Maintain and upgrade existing codebases with the team, exploring new libraries and technologies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's / Master's degree in Computer Science Engineering or allied branches, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience building applications on the web platform with ReactJS, Typescript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Familiarity with tools/libraries like webpack, redux, redux-thunk, nodeJS, JIRA, and Jenkins.
  • Strong understanding of data structures, programming concepts, and product design intricacies.
  • Agethings-done attitude, customer-focused mindset, and obsessive attention to detail.
