Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our data insights team. As a senior-level data analyst, you will be responsible for extracting valuable insights from large datasets, identifying trends, and providing actionable recommendations to drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in campaign analytics, statistical analysis, and data visualization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven strategies that optimize campaign workflows and enhance efficiency.

A key aspect of this role is the ability to communicate complex data insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. You will present findings through compelling reports and visualizations, using tools like Tableau and Excel.

In addition to technical skills, we are looking for someone who can think strategically and collaboratively. The successful candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, be able to work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics or statistics.
  • Proven experience in campaign analytics, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Advanced knowledge of statistical analysis and data visualization techniques.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
