ServiceNow OTM Solution Consultant

We are looking for a seasoned professional with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implementing midserver configuration, CMDB, Discovery, and Service Graph Connector (SGC) within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Developing and enhancing the ServiceNow ITOM modular platform, including CMDB data alignment and automated data population.
  • Configuring and enhancing the ServiceNow CMDB, ITOM modular platform, and developing training material for stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with architects to ensure technically feasible solutions and representing project stakeholders throughout planning, development, and release processes.

About this role: This is an ideal opportunity for professionals with experience working in enterprise-wide, multi-tier production environments. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of networking concepts, including DMZ zones, public/private/hybrid cloud environments, and industrial control systems.

Requirements:

  1. At least 4 years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform.
  2. Strong understanding of networking concepts.
  3. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  4. Able to work collaboratively as part of a team.
