About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled senior backend developer to lead our team in delivering innovative software solutions using Ruby on Rails. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of professional experience in full-stack development with Ruby on Rails and will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable and efficient web applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Expertise
    • Strong hands-on experience with React.js (v18+), including state management (Redux, Context API), component architecture, and performance optimization.
      • Proficiency in RESTful API design and development; experience with GraphQL is a plus.
        • Experience with modern frontend build tools: Webpack, Babel, npm/yarn, and package management.
          • Solid understanding of database design and optimization using PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
            • Experience with version control using Git and collaboration platforms.
              • Familiarity with agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
                • Experience with testing frameworks: RSpec, Minitest (backend), Jest, Cypress (frontend).
                  • Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and deployment practices (Docker, CI/CD).
