Creative Technical Lead


Description:

We're seeking a visionary technical leader to spearhead the development of our cutting-edge AI platform. As a Senior Fullstack Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing advanced chat session management systems, high-throughput APIs, and secure user management solutions.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Implement context persistence, token optimization, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) in chat sessions.
  2. Design rate-limited, fault-tolerant APIs with optimal performance and scalability.
  3. Integrate token metering, analytics, and usage-based billing systems for streamlined operations.
  4. Develop a multi-tenant user management system with robust authentication and authorization.
  5. Leverage event-driven architectures for real-time processing and monitoring.
  6. Optimize database schemas and queries for low-latency chat history retrieval.
  7. Implement vector search and RAG pipelines for knowledge grounding.
  8. Ensure cloud-native scalability with Docker/Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and IaC.
  9. Set up distributed tracing, structured logging, metrics, and error tracking for debugging and performance monitoring.
  10. Apply AI safety and guardrails to ensure moderation, prompt filtering, and structured outputs.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should possess a deep understanding of modern web architectures, cloud-native deployments, and AI/LLM integration patterns. Proficiency in languages such as Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript is essential, along with experience with frameworks like Node.js, Express.js, or Django. Knowledge of databases, containerization, and DevOps practices is also highly desirable.

Experience with AI-related technologies, such as LLMs, vector search, and RAG, is a significant advantage. Additionally, expertise in cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure, and container orchestration tools like Kubernetes, would be beneficial. Strong communication and teamwork skills are also required, as well as a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and related technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Relevant industry certifications, such as AWS Certified Developer or Certified Kubernetes Administrator, can be advantageous. Experience working with large-scale datasets, building and deploying machine learning models, and ensuring data security and compliance is also valuable.
