We are seeking a skilled Legal Expert to join our team and contribute to the development of our identity infrastructure. As a key member of our legal department, you will have the opportunity to work on high-impact projects and take ownership of your work.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative environment, where you will be able to apply your knowledge and skills to drive business success. You will be responsible for reviewing, drafting, negotiating, and vetting commercial agreements, as well as supporting compliance with data protection laws and contributing to internal compliance frameworks.

Responsibilities:
  • Review and draft commercial agreements, including NDAs, MSAs, and vendor agreements.
  • Support negotiations with clients and stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and trackers.
  • Contribute to process improvements, including templates and clause banks.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have 2–4 years of experience in a law firm or as in-house counsel, preferably in TMT, Fintech, or General Corporate. You must also have a strong understanding of software licensing, technology transfers, and data privacy.

You should have excellent communication skills and be able to simplify complex legal concepts for non-legal teams. Additionally, you should be able to manage multiple legal matters autonomously and demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.

Your Career Path

In your first month, you will get up to speed on our business, products, and legal operations. In months 1–3, you will start taking ownership of standard contracts and support negotiations with clients. After that, you will lead end-to-end negotiations for routine contracts and contribute to process improvements.
