**Job Title:** Salesforce Experience Cloud Specialist

Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Experience Cloud Consultant with expertise in designing, configuring, and implementing Salesforce Experience Cloud portals tailored to business needs.

This is an opportunity for immediate joiners who can deliver impactful solutions with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities include:

  • Designing, configuring, and implementing custom Salesforce Experience Cloud portals.
  • Developing custom Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Apex to extend platform functionality.
  • Customizing branding, theming, templates, and layouts in Experience Cloud.
  • Integrating Experience Cloud with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and external systems via APIs.
  • Evaluating platform security, scalability, and performance optimization.
  • Collaborating with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Providing technical support, issue resolution, and enhancements for Experience Cloud implementations.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • 6+ years of Salesforce experience, with at least 3+ years in Experience Cloud.
  • Strong proficiency in LWC, Aura, Apex, Flows, SOQL, and Process Builder.
  • Hands-on expertise in APIs, integrations, and third-party system connectivity.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce security, profiles, roles, and sharing rules.
  • Certification as a Salesforce Experience Cloud Consultant is a strong plus.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Immediate availability (mandatory).
