Job Title: Backend Developer Lead

Our ideal candidate will have at least 8-12 years of experience in leading and mentoring teams, with a strong background in Oracle OBP and OBMA products. They will be responsible for performing requirement analysis and creating software requirement specifications.

The selected candidate will coordinate with the infrastructure team on implementing software systems according to requirements. They will write software programs, maintain source code, propose modifications and improvements to existing systems, design new software components, evaluate systems and processes, and ensure they meet the requirement specification.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading cross-functional teams to develop and implement software solutions
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives
  • Developing and maintaining technical documentation to support project deliverables
  • Evaluating system performance and identifying areas for improvement
