**Job Title:** IT Recruitment Specialist - US Market
**Company Overview:** Soho Square Solutions is a leading provider of recruitment services, with a focus on delivering exceptional results in the US IT and Functional IT markets.
**Estimated Salary:** $85,000 - $115,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
**Location:** Work from home/remote opportunity, with flexible working hours to accommodate clients in the US time zone.
**Job Type:** Permanent position, full-time employment.
**About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced IT recruitment specialist to join our team in the US market. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and placing top talent in various IT and functional roles across the country.
**Key Responsibilities:*
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for US-based IT and functional positions;
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers and candidates;
- Source high-quality candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, and referrals;
- Analyze data and provide insights to optimize recruitment strategies;
- Ensure timely and effective communication with internal stakeholders and external candidates;
- Work collaboratively as part of a global recruitment team to achieve business objectives.
**Requirements:*
- 2-10 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in the US market;
- Proven track record of success in meeting or exceeding recruitment targets;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and provide insights;
- Proficient in using recruitment software and tools, including applicant tracking systems (ATS).
**Nice to Have:** Experience with Dice, C2C, W2, and BFSI industries.
