Job Location - Central Mumbai

Position Summary :

As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and offering positions. Your goal will be to ensure we hire top-quality talent while providing a positive experience for candidates.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle including job postings, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews.
  • Coordinate interviews between hiring managers and candidates, ensuring smooth communication and scheduling.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create clear, concise job descriptions.
  • Use various platforms (job portals, social media, LinkedIn, etc.) to identify and attract high-quality candidates.
  • Conduct candidate assessments, reference checks, and background verification.
  • Maintain and update the recruitment database and applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Provide regular updates to the HR team and management on the status of recruitment activities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, if needed.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet hiring goals and deadlines.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a corporate setting.
  • Proven track record of sourcing and hiring talent across various roles (e.g., technical, non-technical, managerial).
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques, applicant tracking systems, and job boards.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with the Central Mumbai job market is a plus.

  • Experience working with diverse teams and managing global recruitment.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations in India.
  • Experience with recruitment marketing and employer branding strategies.
