Strategic Influencer Marketing Lead

Key Responsibilities
- Set clear goals and objectives for the team in alignment with organizational priorities and company vision at VuduCom.
- Offer leadership, guidance, and support to team members to ensure they grasp their duties and obligations efficiently.
- Monitor team progress and performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed to drive success.
- Resolve conflicts and address issues within the team promptly and constructively to maintain a positive work environment.
- Collaborate with other departments or teams as necessary to achieve cross-functional objectives and enhance business outcomes.
- Provide regular feedback and performance evaluations to team members to recognize achievements and identify areas for improvement, fostering growth and development.
Influencer Campaign Expertise
- Develop and implement strategic influencer-driven campaigns tailored to target consumers and marketing objectives.
- Leverage influencer landscape, trends, tools, and external vendor relationships to create effective campaigns.
- Generate recap materials post-campaign execution to measure and evaluate the value, including ROI and performance metrics, to inform future strategies.
Project Management
- Direct campaign timeline and ensure projects are completed on-time, delivering influencer assets and coordinating logistics based on talent contracts and company requirements.
- Develop relationships with influencers before asking them to advocate for a product or company, fostering trust and credibility.

- Technical Proficiency: deep understanding of the Influencer marketing industry and its best practices.
Desired Qualifications
- At least 2-7 years of work experience, preferably in an Influencer Marketing role.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Must have a deep understanding of the Influencer marketing industry and its best practices, with the ability to develop and implement effective campaigns.
- Should have a passion for using social media platforms as a means to communicate with audiences and a deep understanding of what motivates people to engage with brands through them.
- Should have a creative bent of mind and be able to think outside the box to develop innovative solutions.
- MBA in Marketing is highly desirable, but not required.
