Key SAP Basis Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP Basis consultant to lead the delivery of Basis services across a complex SAP landscape for multiple customers.

The ideal candidate will possess strong SAP Basis expertise, excellent communication skills, and extensive experience of working on SAP landscapes.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead application monitoring & support services for the global customers across SAP environments including ECC 6.0, S/4HANA, CRM, SCM, BW/4HANA
  • Act as a First point of escalation for the customer in case of any issues or challenges from a technical delivery point of view
  • Ensure on-time delivery of all work items, aligned to defined & agreed SLAs; Always assure process adherence and compliance by the team
  • Prepare the Service Performance Reports (Monthly), Issue Tracker & Open Items (Weekly), and Continuous Improvement Reports (Monthly) for the customer
  • Collaborate & coordinate with customer and SAP Internal teams to drive agile resolution of critical issues

Skills and Qualifications:

  • In-depth knowledge of SAP Basis Administration including HANA DB, ABAP/Java stacks, and SAP landscape management
  • Hands-on experience with Cloud ALM, FRUN, and ITSM tools
  • Exposure to SAP modules and systems including ECC, S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, PI/PO, CPI, CRM, SCM

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
  • 10 to 12 years of relevant SAP Basis experience, including leadership roles in a 24x7 support environment
  • ITIL certification or working knowledge of ITIL-based processes is preferred
