Job Overview

This role oversees Microsoft partner-related compliance activities, ensuring timely completion of assessments and audits, and managing their impact on internal policies/procedures.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Monitor and understand Microsoft partner program policies to ensure compliance.
  2. Develop and enforce guidelines consistent with Microsoft's code of conduct.
  3. Stay up-to-date on Microsoft partner compliance requirements and manage their impact on internal procedures.
  4. Provide regular updates on compliance status to leadership and report/escalate potential issues.
  5. Manage demo tenant usage, including user and licensing administration with cost analysis reporting.
  6. Organize and project manage technology resources, providing regular reporting and reconciliation.
  7. Guide compliance concerns related to global firm expansion.
  8. Maintain Microsoft Partner specializations by monitoring metric requirements, ensuring fulfillment, and renewal in a timely manner.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Security, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in compliance, risk management, or program management roles.
  • Familiarity with data privacy/security standards (ISO 27001, SOC2).
  • Strong attention to detail in reviewing contracts and data.
  • Ability to analyze license consumption reports or audit findings and develop remediation steps.
  • Prior work with vendor compliance programs or technology internal audits is beneficial.
  • Competency in leading cross-functional projects, defining action plans, and ensuring accountability.
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple compliance workstreams and deadlines.
  • High-level communication skills for interacting with stakeholders and Microsoft representatives.
