Job Opportunity: AI Prompt Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Prompt Engineer with expertise in Robotic Process Automation (RPA)

The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between process automation, prompt engineering, and applied AI to create intelligent systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design high-quality prompts to drive accuracy of AI models.
  • Collaborate with automation teams to integrate RPA bots with AI-driven agents.
  • Build, configure, and deploy AI agents capable of reasoning and executing tasks autonomously.
  • Partner with data scientists and business stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-driven automation.
  • Develop reusable prompt templates and best practices for large language models.
  • Integrate APIs and knowledge bases into AI agents and RPA workflows.
  • Maintain agent and bot performance, troubleshoot issues, and fine-tune prompts for continuous improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date on state-of-the-art AI agent frameworks and trends.
  • Evaluate compliance with data privacy and governance practices.
Requirements:

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, AI/ML, or related field.
  • Strong experience with prompt engineering techniques for large language models.
  • Familiarity with Automation Anywhere and hands-on experience building AI agents.
  • Proficiency with programming/scripting in Python, Java, or JavaScript.
  • Understanding of APIs, webhooks, and system integrations across enterprise environments.

Good-to-Have Skills:

  • Exposure to multi-agent frameworks.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms for AI deployment.
  • Knowledge of ML pipelines and NLP models.
