Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and ambitious individuals who strive to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment. As a Schedule Change Specialist, you will be responsible for working on schedule change reservations, handling customer queries, and reporting to the Team Lead to achieve goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Work on schedule change reservations a minimum of 40 PNRs a day
- Handle calls/chat of customer queries (Schedule Change Bookings)
- Report to the Team Lead to achieve goals
- Responsible to check all queues of a schedule change and contact Airlines to check for alternate options
- Follow up on the flight reservations, contacting the customer to share options available for the rescheduled flight
- Handle misconnections and get the flights confirmed by the Airlines
- Multi-tasking and ready to adapt to new situations and challenges or role reversal
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the customer service industry
- Knowledge of the Travel Industry would be a plus
- Good written and verbal communication
- Ability to work in different shifts (Includes night shift)
- Self-learning and being able to take initiative are very important
