Job Title: Data Program Lead

This role requires an experienced professional to lead data programs and create valuable solutions for the Enterprise Data Lake Platform.

The successful candidate will be part of a global team responsible for creating new solutions and improving existing ones.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead EDP solutions delivered from the KGSI, overseeing teams located in the KGSI.
  • Be responsible for the performance and development of talent in the KGSI Team.
  • Work closely with global counterparts on enterprise-wide delivery.
  • Strategize AWS Cloud solutions that support the business.
Requirements:
  • 8-12 years of overall IT experience.
  • 8 years of data analytics experience.
  • Data Modelling, Data Lake, Data Warehouse, Data Quality, and Data Engineering Projects.
  • Strong customer focus, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong people management skills, willing to spend time coaching and training.

This role operates at both a strategic and execution level, requiring effective partnership with Functional Leads and product owners to evaluate and improve processes.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing projects in Data engineering ETL space, Amazon Web Services, and Cloud-based implementation.
