improving existing solutions for Molex This position will be responsible for providing leadership to create valuable solutions for Enterprise Data Lake Platform and working with different Koch entities understanding their strategy and propose them to Molex EDP team as per the business needs requirement Delivery Lead-Data program will be responsible for EDP solutions delivered from the KGSI and will manage team located in the KGSI The Delivery Lead-Data program will be responsible for the performance and development of talent in the KGSI Team This position will work closely with their global counterparts on enterprise-wide delivery Our TeamThis position will help in strategizing AWS Cloud solutions that support the Molex business These solutions may involve diverse platforms software technologies and tools providing for a challenging and exciting environment The position will be involved in all aspects of overseeing these solutions from design development to implementation and make the team accountable to drive the required results The Delivery Lead-Data program should have excellent communication and collaboration skills with other technical groups as well as business leaders and able to articulate with internal team and be able to partner well with the Molex stakeholders What You Will Do Data warehouse and data engineering concepts ETL near- real-time streaming data structures metadata and workflow management Playing the Supervisor role will be the primary expectation This includes creating the right environment mentoring and coaching helping people self-actualize Manage the designated EDP Team aligned with PBM principles Select develop and retain the right people Acquire share and apply knowledge Motivate each employee and build talent for now and for the future to provide seamless support to the Molex program Experienced at Talent Acquisition Talent Development Talent Engagement and Retention Responsible for managing a large team providing mentoring and leadership creating growth paths for the team through transformative strategies Take part in understanding the critical initiatives Molex program by partnering with the Molex leaders and help achieve their vision and provide recommendations value prepositions Partner with global leaders to understand the Molex vision and meet the milestones and objectives of the team This role will be accountable for delivery stakeholder management managing escalations defining and implementing the Governance practices around delivery This role will operate at a Strategic level and at the execution level Partner with Functional Leads product owners to continually evaluate and improve processes to maximize team efficiencies ensure a positive consumer experience high level of collaboration and ensure adequate staffing to meet changing customer demands Provide on-going coaching and feedback by having honest discussion and trusted relationships with Leaders team members to grow in potential to advance their skills Foster an environment that promotes knowledge development and learning challenge experimentation knowledge networks etc leading to business and personal transformation Manage Training programs upskilling reskilling trainings etc worked in a product development agile background Who You Are Basic Qualifications Bachelor s master s degree in computer science information technology with 9 to 12 years of overall IT experience 8 years of data analytics experience Data Modelling Data Lake Data Warehouse Data Quality and Data Engineering Projects Focus on value creation through transformation and process improvement initiatives Strong customer focus communication collaboration and problem-solving skills Strong people management skills willing to spend time to coach and train Strategic Leadership Technology Transformations Challenging the status quo and focusing on long-term value when designing solutions Excellent communication facilitation negotiation and coaching skills Experience working in a multi-cultural environment with a diverse workforce What Will Put You Ahead Experience of managing projects in Data engineering ETL space Experience with Amazon Web Services AWS and Cloud based Implementation Good understanding on one or multiple business domains such as Supply chain Manufacturing and Logistics Good understanding Data
