We're seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge AI and machine learning solutions. This role will involve working with state-of-the-art models and technologies to drive innovation in various industries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement AI/ML models using various frameworks and libraries
  • Work with large language models from top providers like OpenAI and Anthropic
  • Develop and optimize RAG systems for enhanced performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into our applications
  • Conduct experiments and analyze results to improve model accuracy
Requirements:
  • 16-18 years of experience in software development
  • Strong proficiency in Python programming
  • Familiarity with AI/ML libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Scikit
  • Experience working with large language models (e.g., GPT-4, Claude)
  • Knowledge of RAG systems and related technologies
  • Understanding of machine learning concepts and algorithms
  • Experience with cloud-based ML platforms (e.g., AWS SageMaker, Databricks)
Preferred Skills:
  • Advanced degree in Computer Science or AI-related field
  • Experience with graph databases and knowledge graphs
  • Familiarity with MLOps practices and tools
  • Experience with GPU acceleration and distributed computing
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $180,000 - $220,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, we also provide opportunities for professional growth and development.
