As an AI/ML Architect, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and deploying cutting-edge artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions for our clients across various industries. You will work closely with our team of architects, engineers, and consultants to deliver innovative AI/ML strategies that drive business value and competitive advantage.

Responsibilities:Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and opportunities for leveraging AI/ML technologies.Design and develop end-to-end AI/ML solutions that address complex business problems and deliver tangible results.Develop architecture blueprints, technical designs, and implementation plans for AI/ML projects.Lead the implementation and deployment of AI/ML models and algorithms, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.Evaluate and select appropriate AI/ML technologies, frameworks, and tools based on project requirements and industry best practices.Provide technical guidance and leadership to cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycleStay current with the latest advancements in AI/ML research, methodologies, and tools, and incorporate them into our solution offeringsCollaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop AI/ML service offerings, proposals, and presentations for prospective clientsParticipate in pre-sales activities, including customer meetings, workshops, and demonstrations to showcase our AI/ML capabilitiesMentor and coach junior members of the team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovationRequirements:Bachelor’s/master’s degree in computer science, engineering or related fieldTotal experience of minimum15 years with proven experience of at least 7 years in architecting, designing and implementing AI/ML solutions and enterprise applicationsStrong understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning frameworks, and statistical modelling techniquesHands-on experience with popular AI/ML libraries and tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc. Experience working with LLMs (OpenAI, Mistral, Llama or any Hugging Face models…etc.) is a huge plusProficiency in programming languages such as Python, ReactJS, NextJSExperience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and related AI/ML services is a must. Azure experience is a huge plusExcellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutionsStrong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and internal stakeholdersProven leadership skills and the ability to mentor and coach junior team members
