Job Title:
Digital Experience Specialist

As a Digital Experience Specialist, you will play a key role in creating and supporting global digital products that drive business growth and customer engagement. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the development of innovative digital solutions.

About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for participating in the entire design process of digital products and services, from initial research and ideation to testing and validation. You will apply Human-Centered Design and Service Design Thinking approaches to guide the discovery and production of low-fidelity and high-fidelity deliverables. Additionally, you will create project deliverables such as low and hi fidelity UI prototypes, discussion guides for research, insights reports, and presentations.

Responsibilities:
* Participate in the entire design process of digital products and services
* Apply Human-Centered Design and Service Design Thinking approaches
* Create project deliverables such as UI prototypes, discussion guides, insights reports, and presentations
* Assist in synthesizing research to build insights and provide recommendations

Requirements:
* 8 years of experience designing digital products and services
* Deep understanding of UX Design disciplines
* Proven experience and knowledge on implementation and facilitation of the overall design process using various methodologies
* Experience with industry standard design and research tools such as Adobe CC, Sketch, Figma, User testing, etc.
* Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to deal with ambiguity while juggling multiple priorities
* Experience with Agile and SAFe methodology for teamwork and analytics product creation
