We're seeking an expert in Track Alignment to join our team and lead the way in transforming rail track design with excellence.

About the Role:

This is a key position that requires strong leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for designing horizontal and vertical track centre line alignment, ensuring seamless integration of rail infrastructure while meeting quality standards.

  • Design Horizontal and Vertical Track Centre Line Alignment: Craft precise designs that meet quality standards by ensuring seamless integration of rail infrastructure.
  • Prepare Points and Crossings: Develop innovative solutions for complex rail intersections, considering operational concepts and safety protocols.
  • Implement Standard Procedures: Establish robust working methods to ensure efficient project execution and adherence to guidelines.
  • Redesign As-Built Components: Analyze tolerance levels and suggest optimal solutions to prevent infringement during mass construction while maintaining quality standards.
  • Coordinate Day-to-Day Activities: Plan and manage daily tasks in the Rail Track Design & Infrastructure Development project.
  • Expertise in Elevated Sections: Utilize in-depth knowledge of design methodologies to deliver high-quality outcomes.
  • Proficiency in Rail Design Software: Leverage skills in Swept Path Analysis, Regression Analysis, and Drainage systems to drive project success.
  • Prepare and Review Design Calculations: Ensure accuracy in calculations for Cant, Cant Deficiency, Cant Excess, Speed, and Transition rates.
  • Quality Checks and Assurance: Conduct thorough reviews, address issues, and maintain high-quality deliverables.
  • Site Visits and Interface Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Geotech, Structure, Signal, Architecture, Utility, Traction, Rolling Stock, and Multi Model Integration.

Qualifications:

  • A graduate degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience, with at least 5 years in relevant experience on Track Alignment projects for Metro initiatives.
