Project Manager Role

The Project Manager plays a crucial role in providing end-to-end project management support for client implementations. This involves working across multiple projects simultaneously, supporting colleagues from various departments, and designing project management elements.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of solutions and platforms.
  • Collaborate with clients and colleagues to create project scope of work plans and documentation.
  • Lead and facilitate planning sessions to ensure team members are aligned on task definitions, sequencing, and interdependencies.
  • Develop, communicate, and maintain detailed project plans.
  • Prepare project reports for status meetings as required.
  • Identify, track, monitor, and communicate project-related issues, scope changes, variances, and contingencies.
  • Monitor workflows and deadlines to ensure all team members meet project goals accurately and on time.
  • Serve as a liaison between clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders, including vendors, associates, and contractors.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships through prompt, accurate, friendly, and professional communication.
  • Ensure project plans deliver against SLAs and KPI expectations regarding costs, schedules, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Follow processes around documenting client work and interactions using CRM and project management tools like Salesforce and OpenAir.
Key Requirements
  • Previous experience in a project management environment is essential.
  • Education or certification in project management is preferred.
  • Proficiency in using web-based project management software, such as MS Project and Jira.
  • Strong IT skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams.
  • Demonstrable evidence of effective collaboration, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
