Quantitative Researcher - Driving Innovation in Next-Generation Trading Systems

We are seeking a talented Quantitative Researcher to be part of our elite team, driving innovation in next-generation trading systems.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Create and refine quantitative trading strategies using proprietary platforms.
  • Analyze extensive financial datasets to uncover insights and alpha opportunities.
  • Collaborate with traders and engineers to maximize strategy efficiency and execution.
  • Develop predictive models for market movements.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior researchers and interns.

Ideal Background:

  • 2–5 years of experience in quantitative research or similar domains.
  • Strong coding expertise, preferably in C++ or C.
  • Proficiency with Linux, Python, and scripting tools.
  • Academic credentials in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or Engineering from a leading institution.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exposure to high-frequency trading or startup environments is advantageous.
  • Motivated, intellectually curious, and collaborative in nature.

Key Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2–5 years of experience in quantitative research or similar domains.
  • Coding Expertise: Strong coding expertise, preferably in C++ or C.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with Linux, Python, and scripting tools.
  • Education: Academic credentials in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or Engineering from a leading institution.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
