Our company is seeking a seasoned UX research professional to join our research and design team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define Research Objectives: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize research goals that align with business strategies, user needs, and success metrics.
  • Investigate User Behaviors: Conduct in-depth studies into user goals, pain points, and workflows using contextual inquiries, ethnographic research, and interviews.
  • Evaluate and Analyze Usability: Facilitate usability and accessibility testing, identify improvement opportunities, and provide evidence-based recommendations.
  • Synthesize and Share Insights: Translate complex research findings into clear and actionable design and business recommendations; communicate results via reports, visualizations, and workshops.
Requirements
  • 2-4 years of hands-on UX research experience.
  • Strong research skills and portfolio.
  • Proven ability with qualitative and quantitative methods (e.g., usability testing, contextual inquiries, surveys, task analysis).
  • Healthcare/Pharma MR Experience: Exposure to studies such as ATU, demand studies, conjoint analysis, segmentation, and tracking.
  • UCD Expertise: Strong knowledge of user-centered design (UCD) principles and best practices.
  • Stakeholder Management: Ability to influence and drive alignment with cross-functional stakeholders.
