Job Title: Landscape BIM Modeller

We are seeking highly skilled professionals to improve our workflow by implementing the latest technologies and software developments in landscape BIM modeling.

  • The core function of a Landscape BIM Modeller is to maintain accurate standards in BIM functions, libraries, and templates to meet production requirements.
  • Working under the direction of a BIM Manager, you will be responsible for improving and maintaining all aspects of the BIM function at a high and consistent level.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Undertake all aspects of BIM modeling associated with landscape projects.
  • Assist in preparing plans, sections, construction details, and schedules using Revit Software.
  • Implement and maintain the BIM Protocol as per project scope.
  • Participate in BIM Coordination, including clash detection, and use of information during the BIM process.
  • Review records of BIM models and their status.
  • Establish quality control procedures to ensure accuracy in models.
  • Coordinate handover of models and data at agreed milestones in the BIM Coordination program.
  • Develop project folders, file structures, templates, central files, etc.
  • Monitor and supervise document and model sharing/publication systems.
  • Assist with development of detailed Revit families and project details.
  • Assist with script development.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of extensive BIM Modeler/BIM Technician experience.
  • Experience working with top-tier architectural/landscape design consultancies.
  • Strong technical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work productively, maximize efficiency, and meet challenging work goals.
  • Self-motivated and driven to pursue continued education on BIM.
  • Able to work well as part of a team and independently.
