Job Description:

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the end-to-end process of getting leather products from design to delivery. Your expertise will ensure timely and cost-effective production while maintaining exceptional quality. You will act as a liaison between buyers, suppliers, and production teams, managing orders, sourcing materials, and coordinating with various departments to guarantee seamless execution.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Order Execution: Manage the entire order flow, from initial inquiries to final shipment, ensuring that all requirements are met on time.
  • Sourcing and Procurement: Identify and procure high-quality materials, components, and accessories, adhering to industry standards.
  • Production Coordination: Work closely with production teams to ensure efficient and timely production, monitor progress, and highlight any potential issues.
  • Communication and Negotiation: Foster strong relationships with buyers, suppliers, and internal teams through clear and effective communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution.
  • Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of orders, materials, production processes, and shipping details, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Product Development: Collaborate in product development, including material sourcing, costing, and sampling, to create innovative and market-driven products.
  • Inventory Management: Optimize inventory levels, minimize waste, and ensure smooth stock turnover, thereby maximizing efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • At least 2+ years of experience in a similar field, preferably within the leather industry.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify problems and develop practical solutions.
  • Superb communication and interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication, negotiation, and relationship-building.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, enabling you to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Proficiency in relevant software, such as ERP systems, and an understanding of leather manufacturing processes.
  • Knowledge of the leather industry, including different types of leather and industry best practices.
