Furniture Designer

We are seeking a skilled designer with experience in designing and constructing wooden furniture and upholstered products.

  • Specialise in product design, market trends, and 3D modelling.
  • Work closely with labour and operations teams on product sample creation and manufacturing techniques.
  • Collaborate with quality control teams to set standards for finished products.
  • Experienced in working with various materials and fabrics.

About Our Role:

You should be:

  • A design graduate from a reputable institution with specialisation in lifestyle product accessory designs or furniture design.
  • Had hands-on experience in design and development, specifically in home décor, furniture, and craft clusters through conceptualisation, product illustrations, material explorations, and product development.
  • Proficient in working with various materials, including wood, metal, terracotta, fabric, leather, and bamboo.
  • Experience in production coordination with craftsmen, medium-scale factory production of such products.
  • Knowledgeable in managing production schedules, production processes, coordinating with vendors and craftsmen.
  • A keen eye for detail and a strong desire to constantly improve both quality and process.
  • Prior experience in Jaipur or Jodhpur furniture clusters is ideal but not mandatory.
  • Demonstrate motivation, dedication, and discipline in learning and striving for excellence.
  • Excellent persuasion and communication skills to interact with designers, corporates, clients, craftsmen, and labour.
  • Technical skills in Rhino, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, AutoCAD/3D Max, InDesign, Corel Draw, KeyShot, etc.
