Job Description:

As an Administrative Data Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately entering and managing customer and account data from various source documents within tight deadlines. This role requires a high level of attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure seamless data entry and processing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Enter customer and account data into the system from source documents in a timely manner.
  • Compile and verify accuracy of information to prepare it for computer entry.
  • Review data for deficiencies or errors and correct any discrepancies before finalizing output.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business administration or related field preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with colleagues and clients.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot data entry issues and resolve discrepancies.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and database management systems.
