Job Description

We are seeking an experienced People Operations Director to lead our HRIS strategy and operations. The successful candidate will oversee the design, implementation, and ongoing management of our HRIS platform, ensuring it aligns with our organizational goals and enhances HR processes.

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the HRIS strategy in alignment with overall HR and organizational goals.
  • HRIS Management: Work with stakeholders to identify key system requirements; work with technical teams for prioritization, design, and implementation of deliverables, including enhancements and integrations.
  • Data Governance: Establish and maintain data governance protocols to ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 15+ years of experience in HRIS management, with at least 4-5 years in a leadership role.
  • Knowledge of HRIS software - SAP SuccessFactors (Workday, Oracle) and related technologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data integrity.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
