At the forefront of our organization's digital transformation, we are seeking a highly skilled Platform Lead to spearhead and manage a team of platform engineers.

Reporting directly to the Technology Strategy Team, this role plays a vital part in fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment that drives business growth.

  • Lead and direct the development and execution of the internal developer platform roadmap in alignment with our technology strategy and product development needs.
  • Design, build, and maintain the core components of the platform, including infrastructure provisioning, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, logging solutions, and security controls.
  • Drive the adoption of self-service capabilities to empower product teams and reduce operational overhead.
  • Implement and promote DevOps best practices, ensuring seamless integration and delivery.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in platform engineering, DevOps, or a full-stack engineering team.
  • 2+ years of experience managing cross-functional teams.
  • Solid understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Proven expertise in CI/CD principles and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD).
  • Experience with monitoring and logging solutions (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana).
