Teaching Chess Instructor Position

We are looking for experienced and passionate chess teachers who can motivate, educate, and inspire children to reach their full potential.

The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of chess strategy and experience in teaching children. They will be able to create engaging lesson plans, develop interactive classrooms, and ensure students enjoy the learning process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach children aged 6-16 years old online
  • Develop and implement effective teaching methods
  • Conduct demo sessions and evaluate student performance
  • Engage, encourage, and motivate students to achieve their goals

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills
  • Strong subject knowledge of chess
  • Experience in teaching children (mandatory)

This is an opportunity to teach from the comfort of your home with a flexible schedule that includes morning, afternoon, and evening shifts. We offer a competitive salary structure based on the number of sessions taught.

  1. Per Session Basis:
  • 1-25 Sessions: Rs. 125/- per session + Rs.75/- per demo
  • 25-60 Sessions: Rs. 150/- per session + Rs.100/- per demo
  • 61-80 Sessions: Rs. 200/- per session + Rs.125/- per demo
  • 81 & Above Session: Rs. 250/- per session + Rs. 150/- per demo

You will also be eligible for minimum pay guarantee, which increases over time based on the number of hours worked.

  • NORMAL HOURS - 4 hours
    • Month 1: 4000 INR
    • Month 2: 8000 INR
    • Month 3 and onwards: 12000 INR
  • NORMAL HOURS - 6 hours
    • Month 1: 5500 INR
    • Month 2: 10500 INR
    • Month 3 and onwards: 16000 INR
  • NORMAL HOURS - 3 AM - 8 AM
    • Month 1: 6000 INR
    • Month 2: 12000 INR
    • Month 3 and onwards: 18000 INR
