Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Education Specialist to oversee day-to-day academic operations, ensuring high-quality teaching standards and fostering collaboration between teachers, parents, and management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct teacher training and quarterly performance reviews.
  • Ensure effective utilisation of teaching resources and assessment systems.
  • Plan and coordinate academic activities, events, and field trips.
  • Engage with parents, address queries, and support new admissions.
  • Work with the special needs department to implement inclusion practices.
  • Lead student workshops and assemblies.
  • Maintain discipline and ensure smooth academic operations.
  • Prepare reports and liaise between staff and management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Postgraduate with B.Ed. (ICSE/CBSE); CIDTT preferred.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of teaching and academic coordination/management experience.
  • Experience with ICSE/CBSE/IGCSE curriculum.
  • Strong knowledge of teaching methodologies and educational processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant education tools.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to lead teams effectively.
