Senior Financial Leadership Position

We are seeking an accomplished and experienced Chartered Accountant to lead our finance team. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance with accounting standards, and timely completion of audits.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage financial accounting for business segments, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of financial numbers to stakeholders.
  • Oversee monthly closing, quarterly statutory audits, and ensure proper elimination of intercompany transactions.
  • Prepare balance sheet disclosures on a regular basis and ensure correct and accurate reporting.
  • Closely coordinate with finance teams for timely closing and reporting of financials.
  • Lead and supervise a team of professionals, motivating and coaching them through clarifying roles and providing feedback.
  • Ensure end-to-end responsibility of closure of financial statements for parent company and subsidiaries.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong knowledge of accounting guidelines and standards, CARO, and related regulations.
  • People management skills, including teamwork and collaboration.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to align strategies and systems to business needs.
  • Business acumen, with the ability to empower and develop personnel within the department.
  • A minimum of 7 years of post-qualification experience in financial accounting, reporting, and compliance is required for this role.
