Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Operation Executive. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting the utilization of our digitized platform and communicating its benefits and convenience to food partners.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in English and the local language, as well as basic computer knowledge and a passion for learning. They will also possess strong leadership qualities, including the ability to lead and manage food partner employees.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Promoting the adoption of our digitized platform by assisting with downloading and using the App, providing training, and supporting those without the App to order and pay through various payment wallets.
  • Engaging daily with food partners to update menu items and coordinate with the tech team to reflect changes on the App.
  • Conducting Cafe LENS and hygiene checklists, performing hourly governance checks on LENS, and addressing issues while reporting incidents, accidents, and near misses.
  • Fostering a positive work culture and ensuring timely, high-quality service. Gathering feedback from employees and clients at cafeterias regularly.
  • Ensuring compliance with company requirements for displays, counters, and service areas. Overseeing cafeteria counters to ensure adherence to Operating Standard Procedures.
  • Inspecting work areas during and after use, ensuring proper waste disposal. Maintaining Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) and temperature records, reporting any variances.
  • Ensuring equipment operates according to Equipment Safety Work Procedures and reporting any downtime to relevant departments.

Requirements

  • Passionate about providing top-notch service to clients and employees with strong communication skills in English and the local language.
  • Tech-savvy with basic computer knowledge and a passion for learning, characterized by honesty and integrity.
  • A team player with the ability to lead and manage food partner employees, demonstrating self-motivation to take initiatives.
  • A graduate with a preference for holding a minimum craft course certification in Hospitality.
  • Requires a minimum of 0-1 year of relevant experience.
