Job Opportunity: Senior Leadership Role

  • We are seeking a seasoned leader to drive innovation and excellence in business delivery improvement and security.
  • The successful candidate will oversee the establishment of pilot processes, devise strategies to enhance collections, and analyze revenue cycle management and KPIs standards.
  • This role demands a comprehensive understanding of downstream revenue cycle offices, including payment posting, AR follow-up/denial management, and patient billing.
  • The ideal candidate will possess expertise in team management and driving team development, ensuring full competency among team members.
  • Strong leadership skills, experience managing 5-10 teams, excellent communication, and presentation skills are essential.
  • The successful candidate will also be proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, creating weekly reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders and clients.

Candidate Requirements:

  • A minimum of 14 years of experience in End-to-End RCM process, with in-depth knowledge of metrics and calculations.
  • Either currently working as an Associate Director or having at least 2 years of experience as a Senior Manager.
  • Proven leadership capabilities, including the ability to organize and manage human resources to attain goals.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts is required.
  • Expertise in MS Office tools, including PowerPoint, Excel, etc.
