Job Opportunity: Visa Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced professional to manage student visa applications for European countries.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end student visa filing process management for European countries.
• Review and verify visa-related documents thoroughly to ensure accuracy and compliance with embassy/VFS requirements.
• Schedule VFS appointments and coordinate with students regarding documentation and procedures.
• Stay up-to-date with changing embassy rules and immigration guidelines for EU countries.
• Process university applications on behalf of students, ensuring all forms, essays, and documents meet specific criteria.
• Maintain and manage individual student files, tracking application status and visa processing timelines.
• Communicate professionally with students, universities, and consulates as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 2–3 years of experience in student visa processing with expertise in European visa applications.
• Strong knowledge of VFS processes, embassy rules, and document verification for countries like Germany, France, Finland, etc.
• Experience in university application processing (online portals, SOPs, LORs, documentation, etc.).
• High organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple student files simultaneously.
• Proficiency in MS Office, PDFs, and document conversion/formatting tools.
