Identity and Access Management (IAM) Consultant

We are seeking an experienced SailPoint IdentityIQ consultant to support, maintain, and enhance our IAM platform.

The role involves resolving Level 2 (L2) issues, implementing minor enhancements, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

  • Handle L2 support tickets, troubleshoot, and resolve SailPoint IdentityIQ issues.
  • Develop, modify, and maintain SailPoint workflows, rules, and connectors.
  • Monitor IAM platform performance and perform routine health checks.
  • Collaborate with Level 3 (L3) teams for escalations and complex problem resolution.
  • Support user provisioning, de-provisioning, and access reviews.
  • Maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and fixes.
Requirements and Qualifications

For this position, we require:

  • At least three years of hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ development and operations.
  • Proficiency in Java, Beanshell, XML, and SailPoint APIs.
  • Experience in IAM operations, including incident, change, and problem management.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Knowledge of IT security and compliance best practices.
