Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Localization Specialist to support global expansion initiatives. This role will manage localization projects, leveraging TMS tools and working closely with cross-functional teams and localization vendors to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing localization requests and projects across product UI, documentation, and support content. They will define scope, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with internal stakeholders and business priorities. The specialist will also track and report project progress, risks, and blockers to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Management: Manage localization requests and projects across product UI, documentation, and support content.
  • TMS Tools: Oversee translation workflows in Smartling and XTM, including project setup, automation, and quality checks.
  • Vendor Management: Act as the primary point of contact for localization vendors, managing schedules, and queries.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 7+ years of experience in localization project management or a related role.
  • Hands-on experience with Smartling and XTM.
  • Strong understanding of TMS, translation workflows, translation memories, and terminology management.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience collaborating across functions and time zones.
