This role revolves around extracting valuable insights from data to inform business decisions. As a Data Scientist, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to uncover hidden patterns in investor and partner data.

Main Responsibilities
  • Analyze investor behavior and distribution partner data to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Develop predictive models to estimate customer lifetime value, segment investors, and predict churn.
  • Evaluate campaign effectiveness, refine targeting strategies, and enhance personalization through data-driven insights.
  • Implement text mining and sentiment analysis on investor feedback, social media, and complaint data.
Technical Requirements
  • A minimum of 6-8 years of experience in data science, analytics, or risk modeling in the financial services sector.
  • Programming proficiency in Python, R, SAS (Enterprise Guide, E-Miner, VIYA), SQL Server, MongoDB, and Excel.
  • A strong understanding of machine learning, statistical modeling, and data visualization techniques.
  • Experience building Investor behavior models, early warning systems, and propensity models.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with ensemble methods: Random Forest, Gradient Boosting, NLP & Text Mining-Sentiment Analysis.
  • The ability to translate complex data insights into clear business strategies.
