Financial Operations Expertise

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our financial operations with precision and integrity.

This crucial role involves:

  • Ensuring timely and accurate recording of all financial transactions.
  • Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with applicable standards.
  • Reconciling bank accounts, ledgers, and inter-company balances.
  • Maintaining compliance with statutory requirements, including income tax, GST, TDS, PF/ESI, and Companies Act.
  • Coordinating for statutory, tax, and internal audits.
  • Maintaining proper documentation and audit trails.

A key responsibility will be providing monthly management information reports (P&L, cash flow, variance analysis).

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance and a strong background in these areas. A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is preferred.
