This is a job opportunity to work as a Team Member in Accounts Receivables. The role requires 4–8 years of relevant experience with end-to-end knowledge in AR, good analytical and communication skills, and high energy self-motivation.

Responsibilities include basic understanding of billing and invoicing, conversant of various online tools and systems, day-to-day reporting of activities and progress reports to seniors, resolving inquiries/queries related to Billing, adhering to policy guidelines for billing, follow-up with field location team for necessary supporting documents required for billing, managing and recovering outstanding payments from customers, contacting debtors, negotiating payment plans, resolving disputes, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements, investigating and addressing customer concerns related to billing, payments or account discrepancies, downloading of bank statements for all accounts, providing bank statements, remittances and correspondences received to the collectors on the same day, performing regular standard tasks of Customer Invoicing Processing function, ensure cash is applied only based on defined process without exceptions, collate all remittances for Cash/Wire/Cheque payments received and apply to correct invoice using Remittance Advice from customers or related collectors, reconcile orders to match customer books, validating credits or debits and sending them to customer for collection or refund, providing details of un-applied and unidentified cash to all collectors daily and follow up proactively to get details of applications.
