Job Description:

  • We are looking for a skilled professional to develop dashboards, KPIs, and reports using Oracle Fusion Analytics Warehouse (FAW) and Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI).
  • The ideal candidate will have experience working with Rest and SOAP API s, BI Publisher (BIP), and Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC).
  • They will work closely with business users to gather reporting requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Design & Develop dashboards, KPIs, and reports
  • Work with business users to gather reporting requirements
  • Leverage subject areas and data models from Oracle Fusion HCM, ERP, or SCM
  • Build custom data models and enrichments within FAW/OAC
  • Develop and optimize SQL queries, data visualizations, and scheduled reports
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and performance across all reporting tools
  • Maintain documentation for dashboards, reports, and data models
  • Stay updated with Oracle quarterly updates and assess impact on reporting/data sources

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 8 years of Oracle Cloud HCM integration experience
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience with Oracle Fusion Applications (HCM)
  • 6+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Analytics Warehouse (FAW) or Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), OTBI and BI Publisher
  • Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion transactional data models
  • Expertise in SQL, data modeling, and performance optimization
  • Familiarity with KPI design, data storytelling, and user-focused dashboards

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Oracle Fusion Analytics Certification (HCM/ERP)
  • Experience with Data Visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI
  • Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and Data Integrator (ODI)
  • Exposure to data security and role-based access in Oracle reporting
