Job Overview

Our organization is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to oversee the delivery of FICO Software solutions to customers across various industries.

  • Evaluate and refine project plans to ensure successful and consistent delivery.
  • Develop and implement effective change management strategies to secure additional revenue for the organization.

As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our Services practice, enhancing best practices, and ensuring timely project delivery within agreed scope, schedule, and budget.

You will manage a diverse portfolio of customers and projects with varying size, complexity, industry domain, and use case requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement projects using project management best practices and methodologies.
  • Lead a cross-functional team of functional and technical consultants (internal and external).
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of FICO products to effectively communicate with clients.
  • Foster strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Interpret commercial and contractual terms to manage projects according to agreed terms and conditions.
  • Collaborate with Country Services leaders, Practice Leads, and Sales teams on pre-sales activity and proposals.
  • Adhere to PMO Governance and Project Reporting using project management tools.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 15 years of working experience.
  • At least 8 years of effective Project Manager experience.
  • Proven track record of delivering end-to-end large/medium software projects using Waterfall and Agile Methodology.
  • Experience in delivering software solutions in Loan Originations, Fraud, Decisioning, Customer Management.
  • Experience in delivering Cloud-based implementations and On-Perm solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher or equivalent work experience.
  • PMP or equivalent project management certifications like Scrum Master, SAFe.
  • Ability to travel (20-30%).

  • Proficient in written and spoken English, Marathi optional.
  • Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Collaborative approach to build, manage, and motivate project teams across geographies, departments, and organizations.
