Technical Leadership Role

About the Position

We seek a seasoned professional with expertise in .NET, ASP.NET and .NET Framework to drive our software development team. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical knowledge with proven leadership abilities to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor and manage a team of software developers working on .NET technologies.
  • Oversee the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC) including architecture, design, coding, testing and deployment.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, product managers and cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and project roadmaps.
  • Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices and quality assurance processes.
  • Drive innovation by exploring emerging technologies and recommending improvements in architecture and processes.
  • Provide hands-on technical guidance in .NET, ASP.NET, C# and .NET Framework to solve complex development challenges.
  • Manage resource allocation, project timelines and deliverables while ensuring high performance and productivity within the team.
  • Conduct performance reviews, identify training needs and support professional growth of team members.
  • Act as technical point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and timely delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering or related field.
  • 8-12 years of software development experience with strong expertise in .NET, ASP.NET, C# and .NET Framework.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in technical leadership/managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of software architecture, design patterns and application frameworks.
  • Experience with databases (SQL Server, Oracle or similar) and integration with .NET applications.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS or GCP) is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate across teams and mentor developers.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with .NET Core/.NET 5+ and modern frameworks.
  • Exposure to front-end technologies (Angular, React or Vue.js).
  • Project management experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Certifications in Microsoft .NET technologies or cloud platforms.
