The Senior Manager will spearhead the development and implementation of a global compensation framework, aligning with business objectives and benchmarked against industry standards. This involves crafting a comprehensive job architecture model, ensuring consistency and equity across the organization's structure.

A critical component of this role is conducting thorough global compensation benchmarking, fostering competitiveness in attracting and retaining top talent within the IT services sector. Additionally, the Senior Manager will oversee the creation and continuous refinement of differentiated rewards programs, including STIPs, LTIPs, and executive compensation.

This position requires a seasoned professional with 7+ years of experience in senior Total Rewards or Compensation and Benefits leadership roles, preferably within a global IT services or technology company. Key qualifications include expertise in establishing and managing a global compensation framework, job architecture, and rewards strategy, as well as in-depth experience with compensation benchmarking, STIPs, LTIPs, and executive compensation practices.

An exceptional analytical skillset, comprising data modeling, statistical analysis, and advanced Excel functions, is essential for success in this role. Effective communication and interpersonal skills are also vital, enabling collaboration with cross-functional teams and presentation of complex data insights to senior management.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of market trends in compensation and benefits, particularly within the IT services industry, and demonstrate ability to manage and mentor a team, providing leadership and guidance on Total Rewards initiatives.

In addition to these qualifications, the Senior Manager must be well-versed in global compensation regulations and compliance requirements.

The Senior Manager will work closely with senior leadership and HR teams to evaluate and recommend compensation solutions that enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and performance. Furthermore, they will provide detailed analytical support and insights for compensation planning, budgeting, and forecasting, including the preparation of costing models for compensation strategies.
