Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Field Application Specialist/Manager to join our team and contribute to supporting customers, driving product adoption, and contributing to the overall success of our company's products in the Indian IVD market.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of chemiluminescence reagents and their applications in diagnostics or research. They will be responsible for conducting market due diligence, bringing new projects from IVD customers, and improving our company's visibility and reputation in the Indian IVD market.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Interact with customers to address technical issues with chemiluminescence reagents, including troubleshooting problems, providing guidance on optimal usage, and ensuring customers have the support they need to use the reagents effectively.
  2. Train customers on how to use the reagents properly, including conducting training sessions, creating instructional materials, and providing ongoing support to ensure users understand how to perform performance verification and clinical comparisons effectively.
  3. Analyze results generated using the reagents and provide customers with insights and recommendations based on that analysis, including helping customers interpret their data, identifying trends or patterns, and suggesting adjustments to improve their experimental outcomes.
  4. Keep abreast of developments in the market, including competitive products, customer needs, and emerging trends, and provide input into the development of new products or improvements to existing ones to ensure our company's offerings remain competitive and meet the needs of our customers.
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with a degree and above in Life Sciences, at least 5 years of field application or product experience in the IVD industry or medical device chemiluminescence immunoassay (CLIA) analyzers and CLIA reagents.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in evaluating the effectiveness, accuracy, and reliability of chemiluminescence reagents and a deep understanding of the intricacies involved in assessing the quality and suitability of chemiluminescence reagents for various applications in diagnostics or research.

We are looking for a candidate who is willing to adapt to and grow in a culturally diverse and multinational IVD company with a positive attitude and approach.
