We are seeking a skilled Facilities Administrator to join our team. As a Facilities Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our facilities, ensuring they are well-maintained and running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:- Facilities Management: With a minimum of 4-5 years of experience in facilities management, you will oversee the maintenance and upkeep of our facilities, including housekeeping, security, crisis management, cafeteria services, gardening and landscaping, and M&E maintenance.
- Event Management: You will plan and execute events such as client visits and audits, ensuring that all necessary arrangements are made.
- Client Communication: Effective communication and email writing skills are essential for this role, as you will be responsible for communicating with clients and stakeholders.
- Education: A graduate degree in any discipline is required.
- Certifications: Professional certifications related to facility management are highly desirable.
- Skills: Project management and execution skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team, are essential.
