We are seeking a Senior Associate - Finance & Accounts to join our team. As one of the Best in KLAS RCM organizations, we offer a full scope of RCM services and BPO services. About the Role

This role involves handling monthly renewal, billing, and orders. The successful candidate will also support in managing the overall billing process.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Detailed review and processing of incoming sales contracts to ensure accuracy and corporate compliance.
  2. Execute billing on a recurring, daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  3. Create orders for implementation and delivery.
  4. Set up and maintain client implementation and billing data.
  5. Complete order audits to ensure accurate invoicing at the completion of client implementation.
  6. Maintain contractual records and documentation for all projects.
  7. Sustain client account maintenance in SAP.
  8. Respond to customer service issues in a timely manner.
  9. Identify high-priority items and adjust workflow as required.
  10. Manage sensitive business documentation.
  11. Provide exceptional customer service to all external and internal contacts.
  12. Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by management.

Required Profile

  1. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  2. Knowledge of general office management, standard administrative practices, and procedures.
  3. Detailed-oriented and able to work independently.
  4. Ability to handle confidential information.
  5. Flexibility with changing priorities.
  6. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  7. Ability to interact with senior management members.
  8. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  9. Organizational and prioritization skills.
  10. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  11. Ability to meet aggressive deadlines.
  12. Self-confident and assertive.
